The Crisis24 Global Operations Centers are at the heart of the delivery of operational tasks for our clients globally, handling a range of situations from routine monitoring to supporting complex security and evacuation tasks. The candidate must be able to effectively balance the efficient delivery of daily tasks alongside being able to deal with and help to resolve unexpected complex events, including giving immediate support and advice to people in live security incidents. Central to the role is the ability to work under pressure clearly and calmly, to work effectively in a global team to deliver solutions in real time, in combination with being able to run routine daily tasks with focus and accuracy. Crisis24 seeks a Security Operations Specialist to join our Annapolis, MD Global Operations Center, supporting live operations, proactive threat monitoring, and emergency response tasks. This includes the coordination and oversight of various global operations involving emergency safety support, evacuation, security and protection tasks in high-risk and challenging locations, the proactive threat monitoring of client personnel and assets globally, and the compilation of threat information and mitigation advice. The position holder works a day, rotating a 9-hour shift pattern, from 0700-1600 with a one-hour break. You must be responsible, diligent, composed under pressure, and have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal skills.
