About The Position

This summer internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment. The intern will work alongside industry experts, contribute to real-world projects, and learn about business operations through mentoring, cross-functional workshops, and direct involvement in company projects. The corporate team provides strategic direction and business support across areas including executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Requirements

Be a sophomore, junior, or senior in college or technical school, with at least six months remaining until graduation after the internship ends.
Have relevant experience.
Be currently enrolled in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Be able to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
Have strong organizational skills and work ethic, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship or work experience in a related field.
Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
Microsoft Access skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in projects and contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
