Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, military training, and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting personnel security, physical security, industrial security, access control, visitor control, badging operations, classified material control, or related security programs.
  • SECRET eligibility and access required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate classified material control support with the Classified Material Control Center (CMCC) Charleston.
  • Perform visitor control by issuing visitor badges, processing visit requests, and verifying Government sponsorship to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and business rules.
  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with access control and badging questions.
  • Review daily Random Anti-Terrorism Measure (RAM) assignments.
  • Assist the physical security team and alarm monitors in completing assigned RAM requirements.
  • Perform end-of-day closing procedures.
  • Utilize security equipment, locks, and alarm systems in the performance of daily duties.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and hardware repair on: CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Badging Access Control Systems.
