The Security Site Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). This role ensures that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations. They are responsible for coaching and disciplining personnel, training Security Officers and other company personnel, and reviewing post orders. The role also assists in submitting payroll and personnel information, ensures adequate coverage of all posts, prepares and submits various reports, inspects posts, and meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Depending on assignment, supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
