About The Position

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full-Time Security Site Supervisor in the Franklin, IN area. We have 1st shift available! This position offers a pay rate of $22.33/hr paid weekly. A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Requirements

2+ years of site supervisor experience.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
High school diploma is required.
Strong customer service skills.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
Previous scheduling and truck gate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
