Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Jersey SORA License
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Responsible and hardworking
- Able to exercise sound judgment and be flexible during tense situations
Responsibilities
- Ensures that our clients and their facilities are secure.
- Conduct physical tours throughout the shift.
- Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Permitting entry into the facility.
- Keeping accurate records.
