Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
  • Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise security officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
  • Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
  • Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
  • Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
