Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
- Reliable transportation and communication required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
- Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
- Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
- Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
