Lead the security team and manage day-to-day security operations to protect the client’s people, property, and assets, in line with Securitas policies and site instructions. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Experience in security, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and incident-handling skills.
Able to work shifts and perform patrols; holds required local security licenses.

Responsibilities

Supervise security officers and daily deployment (rosters, posts, breaks).
Oversee core security tasks: access control, patrols, alarm response, monitoring, and incident handling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety rules, fire and emergency procedures, and correct use of PPE.
Conduct site inductions, support training, and coach officers on professional conduct and safe working.
Act as main contact for the client, handle day-to-day issues, and support audits/inspections.
Maintain accurate incident and activity reports and escalate issues when needed.
