Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong experience working as a security supervisor or manager
  • Ability to conduct recruiting, manage payroll and scheduling, and oversee day-to-day operations
  • HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent
  • Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Supervise field personnel and ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify safety/security concerns, and ensure proper site procedures are maintained.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and coverage to meet contract requirements.
  • Maintain Post Order Manuals and site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Oversee payroll, timesheets, scheduling records, and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and assist with hiring security personnel as needed.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, and termination support in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with Security Professionals to ensure proper training, performance, and utilization.
  • Supervise assigned field supervisors and flex personnel.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and complete required reports and documentation.
  • Communicate client concerns, operational issues, staffing needs, incidents, and contract changes to Branch/Regional Management.
  • Ensure required reports, deadlines, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide security coverage when necessary due to staffing shortages, generally not exceeding 50% of the workweek.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
