We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Regional Office Manager (ROM) to oversee administrative operations and support care coordination within the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for patients, caregivers, and clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Previous office management, healthcare administration, or regional support experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple offices, staff, and tasks.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, online applications, and standard office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional, confident presence.
  • Ability to work independently, resolve issues proactively, and support a fast-moving environment.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and sanction screening.
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office functions, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient regional operations.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, caregivers, and leadership to support patient care delivery across the region.
  • Ensure all office activities follow HIPAA, Privacy Act PHI standards, and internal company policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between regional staff, corporate departments, and leadership to maintain clear, timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient, caregiver, and office documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and coordination tasks to support the success of the regional team.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to enhance operations and patient care.
