Marksman Security is seeking a Security Site Account Manager to oversee security personnel on a 17-acre campus with a 100,000 sq ft facility. This role involves ensuring proper staffing, training, and motivation of security officers, while also collaborating with client contacts to achieve security goals. Requirements

• Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
• Prior scheduling and payroll knowledge is a must.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed.
• Ensure security officers are trained and motivated.
• Work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman - Titan Security and the post location.
