About The Position

This position is for a full-time Security Shift Supervisor. The role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to facilitate progressive change. The supervisor must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and work well with other employees. The company reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or augment the duties and responsibilities specified in the position description, and duties other than those expressly specified may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security shifts.
• Ensure strong customer service orientation, exemplifying the Mission Statement that Customer Service is Every Employee's Job.
• Facilitate progressive change, getting along with other employees, following directions and continually improving.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Perform duties within the facility, which may include pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs (event evacuation), stair climbing, sitting, twisting, turning, and bending.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Drive.
