About The Position

This position is for a full-time Security Shift Supervisor. The role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to facilitate progressive change. The supervisor must be able to get along with other employees, follow directions, and continually improve. Clear and effective oral and written communication skills are essential. Andy Frain Services reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete or augment the duties and responsibilities specified in the position description, in the Company's sole and absolute discretion. Duties other than those expressly specified may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Clear a criminal background check.
High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to facilitate progressive change.
Ability to get along with other employees.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to continually improve.
Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly.
Ability to push/pull/carry/lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs.
Ability to sit, twist, turn, and bend as required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Candidate must be able to drive.

Responsibilities

Supervise security shifts.
Ensure customer service is a priority for all employees.
Facilitate progressive change within the team.
Collaborate effectively with other employees.
Follow directions and strive for continuous improvement.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Perform duties within the facility, which may include pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs for tasks like event evacuation.
Climb stairs as required.
Sit, twist, turn, and bend as needed to perform duties.
Stand for long periods of time.
