This role involves coaching, disciplining, and training staff, assisting with payroll and personnel information, and ensuring adequate coverage for all posts. Supervisors are also tasked with preparing and submitting various reports, inspecting posts, and meeting with client representatives to guarantee that all security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. The position may also involve performing the duties of a Security Officer as needed. The role demands maintaining composure in urgent and stressful situations, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and effective communication.
