About The Position
The SCS Shift Supervisor is responsible for all SCS Security Counselors working the shift as well as to ensure and maintain the well-being, safety and continued care and supervision of all children at the RTC.
Requirements
- Minimum a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with at-risk youth in a residential treatment center
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Proficient in the use of computers
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior four years experience in childcare, law enforcement or security work preferred
- A general respect for and interest in the well being of children
