About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers. The role includes supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Saturday through Monday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $22.01 per hour, with weekly pay. At least two years of security experience is required.

Requirements

• At least two years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and deal professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• For driving positions: possess a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record under the stated criteria, the required minimum insurance, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle. A driver's record check may also be required.
