This is a second-shift position, scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role involves supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel to ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. The supervisor will handle coaching, discipline, training, and assist with payroll and personnel information. They will also ensure adequate post coverage, prepare reports, inspect posts, and meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
