About The Position

Responsible for the effective leadership of the Security Department on assigned shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Conservation Management, Gaming Regulatory Management, or Law Enforcement.
• Three (3) years Supervisory/Managerial experience required.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) years Gaming experience preferred.
• One (1) year investigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate staffing levels, by interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating, and consistent coaching of Security Associates.
• Actively participate with Associates on assigned shift.
• Prepare and requests reports on incidents involving Guests, Associates, and/or property, as needed.
• Interact with Guests and Associates in a positive and professional manner.
• Responsible to ensure protection of all assets on casino property.
• Maintain working knowledge of Grand Casino’s facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise Guests and fellow Associates of the same.
• Understand Crisis Management Plan and COVID-19 Guidelines
