About The Position

As the Vice President of Security Services you will guide the firm's Security Services team, working closely with the company's executives and leaders to develop, deliver, and evolve security strategies and program offerings across Booz Allen’s global footprint. This senior leader will manage all of the company's industrial and physical security programs in the United States and overseas, including Security Shared Services, Counterintelligence, Insider Risk, Information Assurance or Cybersecurity for classified systems and facilities, Personnel Security, Facility Security, Investigations Security, Business Assurance and Business Continuity Planning, and Executive Protection Services and Event Security. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy with solutions designed to protect the critical assets of the company specifically our employees, proprietary corporate information, data and resources, intellectual property (IP), and physical corporate property. You will be responsible for leading these efforts worldwide across a broad set of security disciplines providing an integrated security ecosystem to detect, defend, and respond to business impacting security, fraud, operational, and critical workforce and public safety issues. Key to this success will be your ability to drive transformation across the company’s security policies, procedures, and culture to respond to evolving global threats and enable ever-changing business requirements. The Security Services executive will consistently and persistently ensure that the vision of Security Services is clearly communicated to key leaders within the Security organization so they may help others translate the vision into action. You will sponsor key initiatives at the organizational level to enhance Security services by delivering messages, pushing for change, providing resources, and generating excitement across the team. Requirements

20+ years of experience with professional security in public or private sectors
Experience leading global security operations, intellectual property protection, investigations and intelligence programs, crisis management, and business continuity processes involving a diverse industrial and digital business portfolio with global impact
Experience as an industry thought leader in security policy, operations, and strategy for organizations with a global footprint
Experience managing organizations with a variety of facility types such as traditional office space, innovation centers, classified space, labs, or conference spaces
Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense security
Ability to think strategically, synthesize business data, and develop innovative and holistic business solutions that are forward-thinking and growth oriented
Ability to transform a global security organization to support the strategic direction of the organization
Ability to partner with law enforcement and corporate partners in programs that enhance the safety and security of the organization while mitigating risks requirements such as NISPOM or DCIDs
Ability to solve very complex security issues that span legal, compliance, and regulatory obligations across various lines of business and shared service areas of the company at a global level
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
