About The Position

DGA Security, the largest privately held security firm in NYC, is seeking ambitious and experienced B2B Sales Consultants to join their elite sales team. This role is for high-energy, consultative sales professionals with a passion for cutting-edge technology and protecting high-profile clients. DGA Security has been a trusted security provider for over 50 years, offering customized, high-tech Security-as-a-Service solutions including AI-powered intrusion detection, advanced video surveillance, smart access control, fire alarm systems, and 24/7 monitoring centers. They serve a prestigious client base including luxury retailers, fine jewelry brands, top-tier hotels, high-risk cannabis businesses, high-end restaurants, and financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the NYC market (or other major cities).
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Entrepreneurial drive—you love building relationships and winning deals.
  • Ability to thrive in face-to-face sales.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, but experience and results matter most.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing industry contacts in architecture, construction, property management, IT, structured cabling, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Meet with potential clients, assess their needs, and develop tailored security solutions.
  • Leverage security technology and work with an in-house CAD team to create professional designs and proposals.
  • Manage sales pipeline, close deals, and maximize earnings using Salesforce and other sales tools.
