About The Position

As a Security & Safety Coach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment for both youth and adults. You’ll help promote safety by stepping in to diffuse tense situations and eliminate stressors, ensuring everyone feels supported and secure. You’ll work closely with direct care staff, guiding daily activities, meeting client needs, and modeling safe, positive behaviors. When challenges arise, your calm, compassionate approach will help resolve them and keep things running smoothly.
