About The Position

This role has responsibility for assisting with the processing and administration of clearance holder reportable information (to include adverse information) across the enterprise. The selected candidate will also serve as liaison/interface with the United States Government and Lockheed Martin Facility Security Officers regarding related matters. Collaborate in a team environment with multiple security disciplines. Interpret and implement government security requirements; and understand government methodologies, practices and technologies with an emphasis on personnel security. Identify and support internal and external customer needs and incorporate them into business processes. Candidate must be results-oriented; capable of effectively working, leading, and managing multiple tasks concurrently. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. Candidate will be required to identify areas of concern and raise issues to leadership as appropriate. The selected candidate will also be responsible for, but not limited to: Taking direction from team lead on daily operations and work assignments; reviewing work for soundness of judgment, overall quality and efficiency (in concert with team lead) Ensuring that required reports are processed following established procedures and timeframes Effectively maintaining records in U.S. Government systems

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform proficiently in multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Must be able to obtain Final Secret clearance prior to start.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  • Knowledge of submitting reports to DCSA
