We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our recruiting department in hiring qualified security professionals. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in the contract security industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process for security officer positions.
  • Review applications and screen candidates based on job qualifications.
  • Contact applicants by phone, text, and email to schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
  • Process background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Support onboarding by collecting required employment documents.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the recruiting department.
