About The Position

Securitas is seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors at a premier client location in Framingham, MA. This is a highly visible, client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming and secure environment. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong security presence while managing front desk operations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation and communication
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the workday

Responsibilities

  • Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage front desk and reception operations while maintaining a secure environment
  • Verify identification, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
  • Monitor building access and ensure compliance with site security procedures
  • Coordinate with client personnel regarding visitor arrivals and appointments
  • Respond to security concerns, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor security systems and report unusual activity or safety concerns
  • Provide outstanding customer service while representing both Securitas and the client professionally
