About The Position

Walmart Staff Augmentation is seeking a Security Project Manager to manage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities. This role involves coordinating and overseeing contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established milestones. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, proactively address risks and obstacles, and serve as the primary communication point between the client, contractors, field teams, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include facilitating project meetings, providing regular status updates, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves reviewing schedules, validating contractor performance, escalating issues with resolution recommendations, and maintaining project documentation. A high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service is expected, along with adherence to all company, customer, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.
  • Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
  • College degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Supply Chain, Distribution Center, or Logistics facility experience.
  • Security systems deployment and installation management.
  • Vendor and contractor management.
  • Enterprise-level project reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records.
  • Support project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Promote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution.
  • Adhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements.
