As a Security Officer Unarmed Customer Experience Patrol in Wyncote, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence and adherence to site-specific post orders.
