Project Director will lead and coordinate the provision of Services to Inter-con’s client and act as a central point of contact for all services provided and oversee all matters relating to the daily operations of contract security services provided.

Requirements

  • Three (3)+ years of experience within the last five (5) years providing security project management services preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience overseeing the management and coordination of a multi-site operation.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations and translate them into clear and actionable internal policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance or document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Keep Leadership apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
  • Support in operational decision-making process
  • Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness
  • Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption
  • Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times.
