About The Position

Seeking a security professional with a minimum of 2 years of security experience and/or military experience. Must have a solid work history as a security professional. This is a part-time shift, 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday each week, from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. This is a night shift role in a clean, professional location. The role requires patrolling on foot and using a cart, as well as working at a desk inside. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a corporate setting, handle access control, monitor cameras, use two-way radios and Silvertrac, check doors and gates for security, assist with emergencies, help visitors and vendors, and issue badges. You will be posted at an employee entrance to ensure safety and enforce badging. Responsibilities include watching for theft and vandalism, being friendly and upbeat, working as a team, staying vigilant, and handling issues independently under stress. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with a security cart available for outdoor patrols. Water and sports drinks are provided.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of security experience and/or military experience
Solid work history as a security professional
Current Arizona unarmed guard card
Ability to work in a corporate setting
Driver's license
Clean driving record
Professional demeanor
Ability to de-escalate issues
Ability to work well with a team
