As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact professionally with visitors and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Armed Guard Card or License required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the government facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Help to deter unauthorized access and potential security-related incidents through visible presence and patrols.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by Allied Universal policies.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure environment within the government location.
