This pivotal, hands-on leadership role is integral to our security organization, overseeing all security operations for Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) facilities, which include parts distribution centers and warehouses, within a designated region. These roles will also have responsibility for supporting security operations at select commercial properties (offices, design studios, test facilities, etc.) within their region. As a Security Operations Team Leader, you will act as a key point of contact, exercise independent judgment, take charge of operational situations, and provide exceptional customer service while representing the department. This role requires travel to FCSD sites and other Ford facilities within their designated geographic region in the U.S. and Canada. You will be expected to work on-site at your home location when not traveling. 25% Travel
