About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The role involves patrolling sensitive environments, observing and anticipating potential risks, controlling access to secure areas, responding to alarms and incidents, and protecting people and property. Physical ability is essential because officers move around and patrol throughout their shifts. Three full-time schedules are available: Friday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Tuesday through Saturday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pay is $19 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
