About The Position

The Operations/Investigations Manager oversees 15–20 stores throughout Texas in a corporate security capacity. The role investigates and assists with matters involving internal and external theft, cash shortages, and fraudulent transactions. It also conducts internal investigations into allegations of wrongdoing by associates and customers. At least two visits to each assigned location are required, along with other travel as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working in an investigative capacity, including conducting interviews, gathering statements, and writing reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with law enforcement, store personnel, and members of upper management as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Former military or law enforcement service, with a minimum of five years preferred.
