About The Position

The Operations/Investigations Manager oversees 15–20 stores throughout Texas in a corporate security capacity. The role investigates and assists with matters involving internal and external theft, cash shortages, fraudulent transactions, and allegations of wrongdoing by associates or customers. The manager must visit each assigned location at least twice and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working in an investigative capacity, including conducting interviews, gathering statements, and writing reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with law enforcement, store personnel, and members of upper management.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Former military or law enforcement experience, with a minimum of five years of service, preferred.
