About The Position

This is not a technical security role. The Coordinator provides operational support to the security department - coordinating internal processes, managing documentation, organising communication between teams, and ensuring projects and deadlines stay on track.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in a similar role
  • English B2+ - written and spoken
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-driven with strong prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning
  • Drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Research and preparation of analytical materials
  • Managing databases, shared drives, and CRM systems
  • Travel arrangements and logistics
  • Project and staff coordination; support across ongoing tasks and initiatives
