About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites, protecting people, property, and assets. The role includes patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers also serve as helpful professional resources and ensure people on the property follow safety protocols. The primary site location is Spokane, Washington. The position offers flexible scheduling, with multiple shifts available at various client sites. The listed wage is $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.
Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
