About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites within 50 miles of Boise, Idaho, protecting people, property, and assets. The officer patrols premises, monitors systems, controls access, and responds to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They also serve as a helpful professional resource and help ensure people on the property follow safety protocols.

The position is based at a primary site in Boise, offers multiple shifts and a flexible schedule, and pays $18.50 per hour with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills required.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities
