As a Security Officer - Overnight Shift - Full Time in Mason, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Dispatcher in a retail location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support response efforts to help maintain a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with onsite personnel, and assist with access control and incident reporting. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate communications from alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and other dispatch systems; document and relay relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, maintenance concerns, and emergency requests in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed, helping to support timely responses to incidents and critical situations.
