About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Service Associate in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to staff, visitors, and patients. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior while supporting a respectful healthcare environment.
Document incidents, daily activities, and/or irregularities in a clear manner and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
