Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location as a Front Desk professional, serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors. In this stationary role, you will support access control, badge-related processes, and front desk communications while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, and verify visitor, employee, and/or vendor credentials in accordance with location protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Answer phones, greet incoming guests, direct foot traffic, and support badge issuance, visitor logs, and other front desk documentation tasks.
  • Observe lobby and reception areas for unusual activity and report security-related concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to site leadership.
