As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation Agent in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with badge, check-in, and/or direction-related processes in accordance with location procedures and privacy-focused practices.
  • Support staff and guests during routine operations and/or unexpected events by communicating clearly, de-escalating when appropriate, and coordinating with supervisors, local responders, and/or designated personnel.
