About The Position
This role is responsible for responding to potential security threats to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, managing and documenting safety incidents, leading emergency preparedness drills, supporting visitors and staff, and patrolling campus grounds to enforce safety protocols and ensure accessible parking.
Requirements
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Security Guard preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to potential security threats immediately to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Manage and document safety incidents to ensure all hazards are identified and resolved.
- Lead emergency preparedness drills to ensure the entire team is ready for any crisis.
- Support visitors and staff with clear information and assistance to promote a secure campus.
- Patrol campus grounds to enforce safety protocols and ensure accessible parking for all.
