About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking professional and vigilant Security Officers to join our team for a high-profile construction site project. As the primary point of contact for the facility, you will ensure only authorized personnel enter the site and maintain a secure environment through proactive monitoring and patrols.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid, active Arizona Guard Card (unarmed).
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods during foot patrols.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, clean-cut appearance.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining site safety.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security or access control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site guard shack to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Verify the identity and credentials of all workers, contractors, and visitors to ensure they have the proper authorization to be on-site.
• Conduct regular foot patrols around the perimeter and interior of the construction site to ensure all areas remain secure.
• Proactively identify and deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports as required.
