Full-Time Flex Security Officer - $24/hr - Weekly Pay!
About The Position
Securitas is hiring a full-time Flex Security Officer to provide security coverage at various client sites in the Manchester, Concord, Bedford, and Nashua areas of Central New Hampshire. Flex Officers fill in at different locations rather than working from a single home-base site and report directly to the Field Operations Supervisor. They are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with weekly pay. No security experience is necessary, and growth opportunities are available. The role requires flexible availability to cover potential open shifts on any day of the week and the ability to travel to different client sites, including commutes of up to one hour. Security Officers work closely with clients and client staff and are expected to be professional, motivated, helpful, and ready to learn. Applicants must be able to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card; the company will assist with the application.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexible availability to work any potential open shift during the week.
- Willingness to travel to various client sites in New Hampshire, including commutes of up to one hour.
- Reliable means of communication and transportation.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with global and local security teams.
- Commitment to ethical practices and following safety protocols.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card; Securitas will assist with applying.
