About The Position

Titan Security is hiring motivated security professionals to join its growing team. Security Officers provide customer service, maintain administrative logs, control access, monitor security cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents and emergencies. Titan describes its approach as customized security services and highlights opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. Open interviews are scheduled for November 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Southfield office, Epicentre, 18000 W Nine Mile Rd, Suite 1200, Southfield, MI 48075.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable form of transportation.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to people encountered while on duty, including offering directions and general business information.
Maintain clear, accurate front-desk administrative logs concerning people or property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
