The company provides armed, unarmed, patrol, personal protection, and event security services throughout the Central Valley, Sacramento Region, and Bay Area. The company is seeking a professional, customer-service-oriented, and highly alert Corporate Entrance Security Officer for a busy corporate facility. The officer will provide access control and maintain a strong security presence at designated entrances and parking areas. The role includes monitoring employee and visitor access, assisting with site operations, enforcing company policies, and remaining visible and attentive while assigned to post.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
Verify employee ID badges and visitor passes before granting access.
Maintain a visible security presence near the cafeteria entrance and visitor parking areas.
Monitor visitor parking to ensure that it is used only by authorized individuals.
Assist visitors with directions and check-in procedures.
Immediately report suspicious activity, hazards, alarms, or maintenance concerns.
Communicate effectively with Dispatch and site management.
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and provide detailed pass-down information.
Maintain assigned security equipment, including radios, flashlights, site phones, and safety gear.
Remain alert and professional while standing post for extended periods.
