About The Position

Sunstates Security is hiring experienced Part-Time Security Officers for a weekend assignment at an upscale HOA community in Boca Raton, FL area. This position offers a pay rate of $20.00/hr - paid weekly. We are seeking professional, reliable candidates who can provide exceptional customer service in a gatehouse and patrol setting. Requirements

Current and active Florida Class D Security License (required)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Gatehouse and/or patrol experience preferred
Experience with ABDI and Silvertrace is a plus

Responsibilities

Foot patrols of the property
Traffic control
Gatehouse access control
Monitoring and assisting with special event parking
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
