About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location in Camden, Arkansas, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will carry out site-specific security procedures and policies and support emergency response activities when appropriate. The position pays $16.54 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is 10:00 PM–6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Report hazards, facility concerns, and security-related policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
