About The Position

Turfway Park Racing & Gaming is a thoroughbred horse racing and state of the art gaming facility located in Florence KY. The facility is located just 2 miles from the CVG Airport and 12 miles from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Security Officers at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming will help maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and guests.

Requirements

• Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
• Valid Driver's License (if operating a company vehicle or equipment).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the team members and guests.
• Assisting in transporting money.
• Controlling access to restricted areas.
• Reacting to guest and team member incidents and accidents.
• Monitoring passage in and out of gaming facility.
• Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards.
• May answer incoming calls to the facility and direct calls or answer patron questions.
• May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver's License.
• Other duties as assigned.
