As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Gate Screening in Greenville, MS, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect temporary access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor entry records.
Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Communicate observations, incidents, and access-control issues to Allied Universal leadership and appropriate site contacts, completing required reports and documentation.
