About The Position

Securitas is seeking to hire Armed Security Officers, Licensed Security Officers, and Event Officers. These positions are responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass a lifetime background and drug test.
• 1 year of Security Experience.
• Must be able to work every weekend and events.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Responsibilities

• May involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
