Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Over the age of 18.
- Critical thinking ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Observant and diligent in monitoring and assessing environments.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to protocols and guidelines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (basic knowledge preferred).
- Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
